- Care coordination
- Physical therapy recommendations
- Imaging coordination
- Specialist referrals
- Follow-up support
- Secure patient communications
Services may change over time as GoodMetal evolves.
3. Medical Services
Medical services available through GoodMetal are provided by licensed healthcare professionals and independent medical practices.
Healthcare professionals exercise independent medical judgment regarding diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, referrals, and other clinical decisions.
Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as limiting a healthcare provider's independent professional judgment.
4. Non-Medical Services
GoodMetal also provides non-clinical administrative and care coordination services, including:
- Appointment scheduling
- Patient support
- Care navigation
- Educational resources
- Technology platform access
- Communication tools
These services are intended to support, but not replace, medical care.
5. Telehealth
By using GoodMetal, you acknowledge that your care may be delivered through telehealth technologies.
You understand that:
- Telehealth has limitations compared to in-person evaluation.
- Certain conditions may require an in-person examination.
- Your provider may recommend emergency care, imaging, or referral when clinically appropriate.
- Technical issues may interrupt appointments.
Separate telehealth consent forms may also apply.
6. Not Emergency Care
GoodMetal is not intended for medical emergencies.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department immediately.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Chest pain
- Difficulty breathing
- Severe bleeding
- Sudden weakness
- Loss of consciousness
- Suspected fractures requiring immediate stabilization
7. Geographic Availability
Services are only available in jurisdictions where participating healthcare providers are licensed to practice.
Availability may vary by state.
8. Patient Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate health information.
- Attend scheduled appointments.
- Follow provider instructions.
- Notify your provider of changes in your condition.
- Seek emergency care when appropriate.
Failure to provide accurate information may affect your care.
9. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Cancellations
Appointments may be scheduled through GoodMetal.
Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be communicated during booking.
Repeated missed appointments may result in suspension or termination of Services.
10. Fees and Payment
Fees for GoodMetal Services will be disclosed prior to purchase.
Unless otherwise stated:
- GoodMetal operates as a cash-pay service.
- Insurance billing is not currently available.
- Patients may choose to submit documentation to their insurer or HSA/FSA administrator where applicable.
Refund eligibility, cancellation policies, and billing procedures will be communicated prior to payment.
11. Physical Therapy, Imaging, and Referrals
Healthcare providers may recommend:
- Physical therapy
- Imaging
- Orthopedic consultation
- Other specialists
GoodMetal cannot guarantee availability, pricing, insurance coverage, or outcomes for third-party providers.
12. Communications
You consent to receive communications relating to your care, including:
- SMS
- Phone calls
- Secure messaging
Standard messaging and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
13. Privacy
Your use of GoodMetal is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Protected health information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including HIPAA where applicable.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on GoodMetal, including text, graphics, software, branding, logos, videos, and design, is owned by Elena Health, Inc. or its licensors.

15. Prohibited Uses

- Attempt unauthorized access
- Interfere with the platform

16. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Every injury and every patient is different.
GoodMetal and participating providers cannot guarantee:
- Recovery timelines
- Return to sport
- Clinical outcomes
- Symptom improvement
Treatment recommendations are individualized based on clinical judgment.
17. Disclaimer
Except as required by law, the Services are provided "as available."
We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, availability, or suitability for a particular purpose.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elena Health, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
